Among some of the difficult cases whs Mr. James Black, ot Velpin, Pike county. Mr. B. liHt. had granulated aore eyes for thirty-two -years, he called on Dr. Dunbar ten years ago at Oakland City but

his business was of such a nature be could not take treatment at that time. About two years ago his left eye bursted and ran out Last week he called on the Doctor again. The Doctor informed hint he could save his right eye. He had a very heavy opacity (or scum), and he also had a case of entropiutn, or inverted eyelids, which he had been pulling out lor years, and which lie callea wild hairs The Doctor, after removing the granular from the lid, cut out a Kinall strip of the lid on the outdide, just skin deep, and stitched it together in a skillful manner.
