A sickening scandal concerning the venerable Episcopal Bishop McCoskrey of Michigan has found its way into print, and the sudden resignation of the Bishop and his eentemplated departure for Europe are announced. The negroes confessed to the murder, but White protested his innocence to the last. None of the lynchers were masked, aad thousands stood by and witnessed the whole proceeding. Joseph Y. Cain, Clerk of the Circuit and Commen Pleas Court of Louisville, Ky., has keen removed on account of bis refusal or Inability to produce the Money of which he was the cmtedlan, S,000. It has also just been discovered that Mr. Cain, while Cashier of the Leuktvllle Gas Company, from 1600 to 1888, embezzled some ft,000 from that concern. Why the abstraction of so large a sum of .
