Aubstko. Oo last Monday, Mr.
11. Nicholson left this county for the
State Capital, honored with an escort
of a U. 8. Marsha! and Sheriff Wei
kel. It seems that U. 8. Judge A. S. White wished to see him in regard
to some bits oi green paper with pic
tares on them, which havu caused no
littlo trouble to 'some ol our citizen
recently. We understand he bad a bearing before a Commissioner Wednesday, and in default of 92.000 security for his appearance the first week in May, was delivered to the L S. Marshal for safe keeping. Sheriff Weikel informs us that Mr. Albert Mosher, who was also charged with passing counterfeit greenbacks, and whose arrest and escape from the officers here, we noticed some time! ago, was apjain arrested in Indiana. ! lis, and held over till the May tern of the U. 8 Court. He had volunteered in the 80th regiment, and waaj
