M. and 4 o'clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Jasper County, the rents and profits for a term of not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate, to-wit: - The southeast quarter of section twentysix (26) in township thirty-two (82), north, of range seven (7), west, in Jasper County Indiana : and on failure to realise the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate.
