James Hammond and Henry Brown versus Geor’ge Shanks, Shanks, his wife, Mary R. Collett, James CoIIbU, Sarah A. Hiatt, William G. Hiatt, William E. Collett, Mary E. Collett, Julia M. Canatsey and Charles M. Canatsey. Comes the Plaintiff and files an affidavit that said Defendants, Sareh A. Hiatt and William G. Hiatt, are not residents of the State of Indiana, and, by order of Court, notice is therefore hereby given said Defendants, that unless they be and appear on the second day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court, to be bolden on the f econd Monday of December, A. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House ofJasper County, the rents and profits for a term of not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lots numbers six and seven (6 & 7) in block number sixteen (16) in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, and on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and orsts, I will at same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate.
