Centennial Circular.
The following ladies have been appointed in each county in the tenth district, to organize committees and make arrangements for raising funds for centennial purposes. They are also expected to unite with the representative of this district in deciding upon the manner in which said district shall be represented at the State Centennial, at Indianapolis, in September.
