Principal, interest, damages and eosts du® at'date of sale, $801.89c The east one-half (f) of the southeast quarter (|) of the southwest quarter (J) of section numbered sixteen (16)» in town twenty-eight (28), north, of range six (0), west, containing twenty (20) acres, more of less; forfeited by Thomas R.
