State of Indiana, Jasper county, ss: Notice is hereby given to Margaret Smith, Frank Smith, Sylvester Smith, Harriet Smith, Wilber Smith and Lester Smith, only heirs of tbe decedent, that Levi Logan, Administrator, de bonis non, of the estate of Wesley Smith, deceased, has filed his petition to sell the real estate of decedent, his personal being insufficient to pay his debts; and that said, petition will be heard at the next term of tho Court of Common Pleas of said county. Spitler, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction, at the late law office of the deceased, in Rensselaer, Ind., on Saturday the 26th, day of June 1875, commencing at ten o'clock in the morning, the personal property of said estate, consisting of household furniture, buggy, sleigh, books, a fine law library and other articles too numerous to mention. Teums: Sums of three dollars and under cash; over three dollars, a credit of nine months will be given, the purchaser giving note with good security, with interest at G percent, waiving benefit of valuation and uppraisemeat laws.
