Administrator’s Sale of Fersonal Property. Notice is hereby given that the riridersigned administrator, with will annexed, of tbe estate of Thomas J. Spitler, deceased, will offer for sale at public auction, st the late law office of the deceased, in Rensselaer, Ind., Oh Saturday the 2&th, day of June 1875, commencing at ten o’ clock in the morning,the personal property of said estate, consisting of household furniture, buggy, sleigh, books, a fine law library and other articles too numerous to mention. Terms: Sums Of three dollars arid under cash; over three dollars, a credit of nine months will be given, the purchaser giving note with good security, with interest at 6 per cent., waiving benefit of valuation and anoraisement laws. * May 14,1875. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Auditor and Treasurer of Jasper County, State of Indiana, will offer for sals at public auction, at the door of the Court House in Rensselaer, on Monday, the 28<5 of June, 1875, The following lands situated in said county which Were sold as School Lands, and have been forfeited to the State of Indiana by the non-payment of interest and principal, and. are now offered for sale pursuant to the provisions of the laws governing the custody tend, sale of the School Lands of said State, to-wit: The south one-half (J) of the southeast quarter (|) of section numbered sixteen (16) in town twenty-seven (27), north, of range seven (7), west, containing eighty (80) acres, more or less; foreited by Charlotte Snoddy. Principal, interest, damages and costs due at date of sale, $801.89. The east one-half (j) of the southeast quarter (|) of (hejhoutnwest quarter (J) of section numbered sixteen (16), in town twenty-eight ‘(28); iiorth, of Tange six (6), west, containing twenty (20) acres, mor»-of less; forfeited by Thomas B. Daugherty, remote assignee of*A. D. Babcock. Principal, interest, damages and costs due at date of sale, $204,45. TERMS OF SALE. The lafads will be sold Xor not less than the full amount of principal, interest, damages and costs; one-fourth of the purchase money together with the interest, damages and costs due shall be paid to the Treasurer on the day of sale, arid the intefest at eight per centum for the residue for one year ; the residue of purchase money in ten years from the date of the sale with interest at eight (8) per centum annually in advance.
