M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Jasper county, the rents and profits for a term of not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit: The southwest quarter and the south half of the northwest quarter of Section number seven [7], in Township number twentyeight [2B], north, of Range six [6], west, contaiuing 164 and 34-100ths acres, more or less, and on failure to realize the full amount of judgment, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate.
