By virtue of a decree and execution to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on SATURDAY, THE 28th DAY OF NO VEMBER 1874, between the hours of 10 o’clock A. M. and 4 o’clock P. M. of said day, at the door of the Court House of Jasper county, the rents and profits fbr a term not exceeding seven yean, of the following deoribed real estate, to-wit: Lots numbered fire, six, seven and andeight(6, 6,7, & 8,) in block number ten (10) in Newton’s addition to the town of Rensselaer. Also the west half of the north half of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section twenty-five (26) in township twenty-nine (29) north of range seven (7) west All of said real estate in Jasper County Indiana.
