By virtue of an order of sale and copy of decree and execution te me directed, from the Cleric of the Jasper Circuit Court, I will expose at public sale, to the highest bidder, on SATURDAY, THE 7th DAY OF NOVEMBER 1874, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day at tffe door of the Court-House in Jasper county, Indiana, the rents and profits fora term of not exceeding seven years of the following described real estate to-wit: The west half of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section thirty-two (32) in township thirty-three (33) north, of range six (6) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, and on failure to realize the fell amount of judgment, interest and costs.l will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate.
