Osborn deceased, in obedie ce to an order of the Jasper Circuit Court, will offer at Privare Sale from and after THE 4th, DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1874, at the Office of the County Treasurer in Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana,' for not less than the full appraised value thereof, the following described Real Estate in said County, to-wit.
