Obituaries
Theodore Sapper, 68, retired CPA is mourned
Theodore Sapper, 68, of Indianapolis, died March 16. He graduated from Baruch Business School of the City College of N.Y. He was a retired partner of Katz, Sapper & Miller. Mr. Sapper served as treasurer of Broadmoor Country Club for six years and was a member of BethE1 Zedeck Congregation. He was a past board member of Hooverwood Nursing Home and the Jewish Community Center and a lifetime member of the Indiana CPA Society and American Institute of CPAs. He is survived by his wife, Serna Rose Goldstein Sapper;
children Paul (Sheri) Sapper, Natalie Sapper (Howard) Horowitz, and Michael (Debbie) Sapper; grandchildren Jake, Brittni, and Carly Sapper and Joshua, Zachary and Dylan Horowitz; brothers Irving (Margaret) Sapper of Flushing, N.Y., David Sapper of Louisville, Colo., and Philip (Honey) Sapper of Cheshire, Conn. Services were held on March 18 at 1:00 p.m. at Congregation Beth-El Zedeck. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, the Florida Brain Tumor Association, or Congregation Beth-El Zedeck.
Bernice Greenberg, 81, is being mourned
Bernice Pleskoff Greenberg, 81, of Indianapolis died March 10. Mrs. Greenberg was a member of Congregation B'nai Torah and Hadassah. She was the widow of the late Irving Greenberg. She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Rod) Eidsness; grandchildren Matthew Robert and Sayde Nicole Eidsness; brother Sol (Ruthie) Pleskoff; sister Ida Baldinger,
Peggy Prince, 76, is being mourned Peggy Pearl Friedman Prince, 76, of Indianapolis, died March 24. She was a member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck and Beth-El Zedeck Sisterhood. Survivors include her husband, Martin Herbert Prince; daughter Susan Prince Schwab, and granddaughter Meghan Schwab. Funeral services were held on March 26 at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Meridian Hills Mortuary. Burial was in Ohev Zedeck Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hasten Hebrew Academy.

Morton Rolsky, 83, horticulture expert Morton Rolsky, superintendent of Parks and Recreation for Indianapolis from 1970-74 and founder of Pro Care Horticultural Services, died at age 83 at his winter home in Holmes Beach, Fla. on March 20. A World War II veteran, he was brought from Kansas City, Mo. to Indianapolis by then Mayor Richard Lugar to assume the superintendent position. While with the Missouri Parks Department he was instrumental in the creation of the Kansas City Zoo's master plan and in the implementation of the zoo's renovation. For 30 years Pro Care Horticultural Services played a major role in the beautification and care of offices, residences, and focal points in the greater Indianapolis area, including White River Park, The Eiteljorg Museum, and The Indianapolis Zoo. Mr. Rolsky is survived by his children Barton, Andrea, Neill, Lowell, and Mitchell and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held on March 24 at Aaron-Ru-ben-Nelson Meridian Hills Mortuary.

Survivor to speak at III Law School
The Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis will host a lecture by Eva Clarke, education officer with The Holocaust Educational Trust, at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, in the school's Wynne Courtroom. Clarke's presentation, "The Holocaust: One Family's Story," is co-sponsored by the International School of Indiana and will be followed by a reception in the Concur Atrium. . Eva Clarke was bom in Mauthausen Concentration Camp in Austria in 1945. Her family
came to England as refugees from Czechoslovakia in 1948. In 1999 Clarke was appointed as a survivor speaker for The Holocaust Educational Trust in London. Since 2002 she has also worked as one of the Trust's education officers. The lecture is free and open to the public. Individuals wishing to attend should call 2783400 and leave their name and phone number. The school is at the intersection of West and New York streets.
