Jim and Alice Adams, Adam's Rib, 40 S. Main St., Zionsville, more than 14 years ago began serving fresh fish at their restaurant which specialized in steaks, prime rib and barbequed ribs, was one of the first in central Indiana to feature really fresh, flown-in fish. Now seafoods are standard menu entrees. Over the years Jim has bought most of his fish from Foley's of Boston, Mass. He
still does. Jim and Alice also feature many premium wines by the glass in addition to an extensive wine list. You don't have to be a shutin to enjoy meals on wheels, when the meal is a "Lox Box" brunch from the Indianapolis Chapter of Women's American ORT. The annual fundraiser has a brunch time this year of Sunday, Nov. 8. A brunch for four will be delivered for $15 per box. Proceeds from the sales help support ORT's training schools.
The Lox Box includes a half pound of lox, four bagels, jelly, 3 ouncesof cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, pastry, Sanka and utensils, all kosher.
