ebrated with the lighting of traditional braided candle, the Havdallah candle, and the blessing over the spices, according to Orthodox ritual. Becky, who had an easy task, since she is a graduate of the Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis, made the beautiful ceremony more meaningful by leading the prayers and explaining the meaning of the Havdallah service. Shalosh Seudos is eaten between the prayers Mincha and Ma’ariv customarily. Becky’s parents invited their guests to partake in this traditional meal.
