B'nai Torah Sisterhood Plans Luncheon Event
Miss Joyce Garfield To Wed Bruce Reids
The Sisterhood of B’nai Torah will have a luncheon meeting on Wednesday, April 12 at 12:00 p.m. in the auditorium of B’nai Torah, 6510 Hoover Road. The opening and closing prayers will be by Mrs. Milton Tepfer and Mrs. Zachary Schreier respectively. Mrs. Jack Zeckel and her committee will be in charge of the meal. Mrs. Terry Schildcrout, a local actress who is active in theatrical circles and plays in the city, will give an entertaining program. Mrs. Sheldon Friedman will chair a brief business meeting
at which time the nominating committee will present the new slate of officers for the coming year. Chairmen for the forthcoming events will give their progress reports. There will be many door prizes given throughout the afternoon, including a kosher turkey. There will be free take-home samples for everybody. The luncheon is $1.25 per person ana guests are welccme. Bruce is a graduate of New York University School of Commerce with a B.S. degree. Mrs. Brunngazer Dies In New York Word has been received of the death recently in New York of Mrs. Babette Brunngazer. Mrs. Brunngazer formerly lived in Indianapolis and was employed by the William H. Block Company here. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Louis Frank of Indianapolis.
