Hi. Marilyn Schahet had an open house a week ago Friday . . . Judy Goldstein held the same about a week back and Susie Blickman gave one last Sunday . . . Have you seen the new Alfred Hitchcock thriller “Psycho”? I hear the lines are blocks long and that no one can come in after the picture starts. Everyone has been oh-ing and ah-ing over Steve and Mike Bluestein’s new puppy, “Buckwheat” . . . Mark Langman has been plugging a record made by his cousin’s singing group in New York. It’s a slow number called “Summer Reverie” and is really good. SOME REALLY fancy hairdos were paraded at the Deb-Ette party last week. Susie Appleblatt had a “Beehive” and Susie Rothbard an intricate looking French roll. Temple Teens held their party, Cow-Town Capers, the 18th . . . More club news: required for admission to the BBG dance, Saturday, Aug. 20, is a can of food per person. Proceeds will be donated to an East Side center. Dance hostesses are Rosie Caplin, Marcia Solomon, Julie Kaufman, Elaine Sachs, Judy Schwartz and Joan Tzucker. Temple Teens is selling Israeli-imported New Year cards. Mickey Jacks and Raymond Lee are in charge. SCHOOL IS just about three weeks off and the traditional trend is for the social pace to

step up for one last fling before the summer is over. This means lots of parties and more open houses. Having one? See you next week.
