This Week In N.Y. Auschwitz Camp Survivors to Meet A reunion of 500 Auschwitz survivors will be held on Sunday evening at the Concourse Plaz;-

Hotel in the Bronx.

All the 500 survivors now re' side in the United States and the dinner will mark the 15th anni versary of their liberation from the infamous Nazi concentration camp. Rabbi Herbert Friedman, executive head of the United Jew ish Appeal will receive an award

on behalf of the UJA.

This is the first time in iu history the UJA itself will 0c honored—for aid to the refugees Ernest Michel will be dinner chairman. A formal launching ot the Auschwdtz - Buna Memorial Scholarship Fund will be established in memory of those who perished in the camp, for the benefit of children of survivors.
