The teen clearing board is finally a reality. As a result of a meeting held on Oct. 20 at which POK, Swanks, AZA, BBG, DebEttes, Links, Councilettes, Temple teens, and USY were represented, the following resolutions
came about:
1. A teen social clearing book to be established as of Nov. 1. 2. Each group will, (although it is not mandatory that they do so) register all social activities and meetings in this book. 3. That as a gentlemen’s agreement, a group will attempt to consult this register as a part of the club’s planning procedure, and will whenever possible attempt to avoid conflict with another organization. 4. It was realized that at times programming conflicts
were unavoidable. When such conflict occurs it would be the responsibility of the group (which created the conflict) to
attempt to arbitrate.
5. In all cases the infringing group would contact the first registered group to notify them of the existing conflict.
