Invitations have been issued fof the marriage of Miss Janice Segal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel Segal, 5108 N. Illinois st., to Isaac Nisem>aum, son of Mr. and Mrs. Haim Nisenbaum, 3058 Ruckle st., at the Antlers hotel at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28. Rabbi William Greenfeld and Cantor Myro Glass will officiate at a double-ring ceremony. Miss 3egal has chosen Mrs. Leo Stein as her matron of honor and Misses Lois Bartick, Vivian Mishelow, Sheila Levinson, and Leah Paris as her bridesmaids. Paula Snyder and Marilyn Nisenbaum will be junior bridesmaids and Marcia Snyder will be flower girl. Philip Segal and Joseph Segal, twin sons of Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Segal, will be ring bearers. Manuel Nisenbaum of Los Angeles will be his brother’s best man, and Joseph Smith, George Snyder, Adolph Kerber, and Leo Stein will seat the guests. A dinner will follow the ceremony, after which the couple will leave on their honeymoon. They will return to Indianapolis for residence.

Parties Honor Miss Joan Koor Two showers and a dinner party have been given for Miss Joan Koor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Koor, 60 E. Kessler blvd., who will be' married to Milton Isaacson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Isaacson of Dayton, at the Antlers hotel on Sunday, Sept. 4. On Thursday, July 28, she was honored with a miscellaneous shower and brunch at the Broadmoor country club, at which Mrs. Abe Schamberg and Mrs. S. A. Silberman were hbstesses. A kitchen shower hondring her was given at the Westchester country club on Monday, Aug. 15, by Misses Elaine Bassler, Joan Cassell, and Carol Schamberg and Mrs. Sheldon Breskow. Mmes. Max Isaacson, Howard Isaacson, .and Robert Stein came from Dayton to attend. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Maierson entertained Miss Koor and Mr. Isaacson with a dinner party at their home on Friday, July 29.

CHARLES H. KAUFMAN, JEAN BANCROFT TO WED

Miss Jean Bancroft, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert N. Bancroft of Anderson, and Charles H. Kaufman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Kaufman, 8110 Broadway, will be marriq^l in Holcomb Garden House at Butler university on Monday, Aug. 29. Miss Polly Cochran will be Miss Bancroft’s attendant, and Mr. Kaufman will be his son’s best man. A buffet luncheon for the immediate family will follow the cermony, after which the couple will leave for New England. They will reside at 4383 Olney ave. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Butler university. She majored in journalism. Mr. Kaufman was graduated j from the University of Missouri ! school of journalism and served { two years in the Army, where 1 he was editor of the Ridgeway Command paper in Tokyo. Mrs. Charles Needham held a miscellaneous shower in her home at Anderson; and Miss Cochran will give a miscellaneous shower on Saturday, Aug. 20. Other parties have honored and will honor the couple. Mr. and Mrs. Jacob H. Hays gave a dinner party at their home, 5775 Washington blvd. Dr. and Mrs. R. A. Solomon will entertain with a dinner at their home at 5530 N. Pennsylvania st., on Saturday night, Aug. 20. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Kahn will give a dinner in the Graylynn hotel on Wednesday night, Aug. 17. And Mr. and Mrs. Kaufman will give a bridal dinner at Holly Hock Hill on Sunday, Aug. 28.

In a wedding at Salt Lake City on Sunday evening, July 31, Mr. Sidney Salinger Jr., son of Mrs. Norman Rosenzweig of Chicago and Sidney Salinger of Indianapolis, took Miss Marilyn Amovitz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Arnovitz of Salt Lake City as his bride.
