Rimon also asserted that Mrs. Bar-Giora had demonstrated complete lack of personal honesty, and she had gained her position by “fraud.” The secretary of the Teacher’s Seminary of Tel Aviv, known as Levinsky seminary, made a sworn statement, and presented supporting documents, denying that Mrs. Bar-Giora is a graduate of the seminary, as she had stated previously while under oath. DENIED EMPLOYING HER The third sworn statement was made by the principal of Beith Yaacov Religious school, who denied Mrs. Bar-Giora’s assertion that she had worked as a teacher for the institution. Following the testimony, the court ordered Mrs. Bar-Giora to pay 50 Israel pounds (about $27.77) to the respondents for failure to state why she had withdrawn her request that the min-
