Philip Berk of Indianapolis will receive his master’s degree in journalism June 9 when he will be graduated from the University of Missouri where he is a member of the faculty ... A scholarship to Purdue University has been awarded to Myron Silverman, son of Mr .and Mrs. Louis Silverman. He will be graduated from Manual Training High School next month . . . Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Alpert were hosts for a family dinner May 22 at Broadmoor. Twenty-one guests attended.
Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Landman, with their son, Philip, after the latter’s graduation from Shortridge High School, will drive to Chicago ifext month to meet their son, Bernard, on his return from the Leland Stanford University Law School, Palo Alto, Calif, where he will be graduated June 18 . . .
