Cincinnatians Visit Goldstein Family Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Blake of Cincinnati spent the week-end with their sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Goldstein. Samuel Goldstein, Jr., who attends Purdue University, also spent Saturday with his parents. . . . Mrs. Harry Kron, Chicago, who spent the week with his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Goldstein, has returned to his home. . . . Mrs. Edward R. Green has left by plane for Los Angles to spend the winter with her daughter and family. . . . Mr. and Mrs. Leo Leppman had as their guests Mr. and Mrs. Meyer W. Lippman and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Lippman, Chicago. . . . Mr. and Mrs. Manny Hilton of Chicago and Los Angeles, have come to the city for permanent residence. They live at 4556 Brookville Road. . . . Mr. and Mrs. Leonard J. Rothschild celebrated their third wedding anniversary in Chicago. . . . Mrs. Louis R. Markun participated in a panel discussion over WISH last Saturday on “Women in Government.”

Benjamin Goldfarb A monument in memory of Benjamin Goldfarb will be unveiled at 2 p. m. on Sunday, Nov. 24 at the Knesses Israel Cemetery, Rabbi David Shapiro and Cantor Samuel Levin officiating. All relatives and friends are asked to attend. Synagogue Notes Indianapolis Hebrew Rabbi Maurice Goldblatt will speak at services at 8 p. m. Friday, Nov. 22, on “Reform Judaism Today.” United Hebrew Jewish Book Sabbath will be observed at services at 8:30 p. in., Friday, Nov. 22. Rabbi Samuel J. Fox will speak on “Why Jewish Books?” Congregational singing will be led by Cantor Solomon Greenberger. A social hour will follow, at which Rabbi Fox will discuss informally the contents and merits ol some of the recent best sellers among Jewish Books. The service and social hour are open to the public.

Mrs. Newman Returns From West Mrs. Herman Newman, 5562 Central Ave., has just returned from Los Angeles, where she spent two months with relatives and friends. . . . Miss Margery Klain, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark P. Klain, was among the pupils presented in a piano recital given by the Indianapolis Parent Teachers Association last Friday. . . . Mrs. Laurence M Madiel, 3001 Park Ave., left on Wednesday to visit Mr. and Mrs. I^eon Pinsker in Sioux City, la. Mrs. Pinsker is the former Sylvia Madiel. . . . Mr. and Mrs. I^eonard Koplow are recuperating from injuries received in an automobile accident last Wednes day. Mrs. Koplow is the former Jeanne Sacks.

Columbus Man Is Guesf Here Mr. Paul Frankie of Columbus, O., spent the week-end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Frankie. Mrs. Frankie and his aunt, Mrs Ethel Silbar, accompanied him home for a two weeks’ visit. . . . Misses Geraldine Suzan and Marjorie Lee Davidson entertained with a miscellaneous shower in honor of Miss Marion Rose Lefkowitz on Thursday evening, Nov. 14. . . . Dr. Shelton H. Mann and Mrs. Mann have returned from Cincinnati where he attended a meeting of the American Society of Anesthetists. . . . Mr. Irwin Marcus has returned from a short trip to Washington, D. C.
