P., in and for Jackson, Township, County arid State aforesaid, the necessary affidavit and bond to entitle him to a writ of attachment, and showing the defendant to be a nonresident of this State, ami claims the sum of twelve dollars. The said defendent is, therefore, notified to be and appear before me, N. S. Ward, J. P., at my office in Jactam Townslup, Jasper courltv, and State aforesaid, on Saturday the 11th day of October, 1856, at ten o’clock P.
