The undrsigned, Administrator of the estate of James ..Aslin, deceased, would represent to the Court of Common Pleas of said county, that the personal property of said estate amounts only to 195 dnllarw and 50 cents, the whole of which was takem by the widow, Eliza Ashn, at the appraised value thereof, that the claims against said estate amount to about 24J dollars, as. he is informed and believes, which is a clear ind^pe^, i QfeS&. W’hicK'"fKere“TrnotTiing m my hands to satisfy, and that the deceased died the owner in fee simple of the following real , estate in said county, to wit: Lots No. 3, 5 and 6in section 6, Town 27 North of R. 9 west, lot No. 5 in sec. 1, in Town 27, lowest, also the north half of the south half of the south west, fourth of section 1, Town 27 north of it ! lowest, the whole of which is estimated at 2 9 dollars. Decedent left US his heirs his widow, Eliza Aslin and one child, to wit: Eliza Jane Aslin, aged about 10 months, who each live in said county, and they are all the heirs of said deceased known to your petitioner. State,-troops, wagon-mas-ters, All are entitled to 160 acres of land who have actually served 14 days or been engaged in battle.
