The qifizens of Louisville have erected a monument to W. JR G. Idutler, t|u3toacher by Matt. Ward. It is an..elegant piece of workmanship,/built of Italian marble, and i about ten feet in height. The scriptjqns on its sides arc as follows: '• William H. G.
