Uncle at Lafayette, Ind., Says Wlllers Was Not In Germany Since Early Boyhood. Lafayette, Ind., Dec. 10.—John A. Wlllers, army captain and deserter, who was arrested In New York Tuesday and Is alleged to have confessed being a German spy, Is believed to be Insane by Frank Dose o* this city, an uncle of Wlllers.
