Cause No. 9269 To whom it may concern: notice is given by the undersigned Drainage Commissioners that' upon the report filed ,in the Clerk's Office of the Pulaskb Circuit Court of Pulaski Country, Indiana, on September 6, 1920, said court would at its September Term, 1920, approve said report and confirm the assessments therein apportioned and ordered and directed the Drainage Commissioners of Pulaski ahd Jasper Counties, Indiana, to clean said drain according to the specifications and to its original depth as directed In said report and as by law provided. The course of said main ditch going over and upon the following route in Jasper and Pulaski Counties. Indiana, to-wit:
