NOTICE OF DITCH LETTINQState of Indiana, Pulaski County 8S: In the matter of the petition for cleaning the William N. Mosley et al Drainage in Pulaski and Jasper Counties, Indiana, originally petitioned for by William N. Mosley, et al. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Drainage Commissioners of Pulaski and Jasper Counties, Indiana, will on Saturday, November 27, 1820. at 3 o'clock p. m.. at the office of the County Surveyor at Winamac, Indiana, receive bias for the oonatruntlon, or cleaning out, of the above named ditch. The main lino of said drainage la 32,600 feet in length and consists of 26,134.2 cubic yards of excavation from Stake "0” to Stake 323; and a branch to the main ditch which is 14,900 feet in length and consists of 10,783 cubic yards of excavation from Stag* “0” to Stake 149. The route of the main ditch commences at a post marked *'o‘' bearing North 780 feet and East 300 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter (*4) of the Northeast quarter (%) of Section Thirty-fout (34), Township Thirty (30) North. Range Five (5) West in Jasper county. Indiana, thence running in a general Eastern direction and ending at a post marked . 325 feet in the Tony L. Retman eP al ditch in the Norbhwsat quarter (%) of the Southwest quarter (U) of Section Thirty-four (84). Township Thirty (30) North, Rango Four (4) West in Pulaski County, Indiana. The route of said branch ditch commences at a post marked “0” in tha Southwest quarter (%) of the Northeast quarter (%) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Thirty (30) North. Range Four (4) West in Pulaski County. Indiana, and running in a general Southern direction and ending at Stake 149, in the main ditch herein, In tha Southwest quarter (%) of the Southwest quarter (%) of Section Twentynine (29), Township Thirty (30) North, Range Four (4) West. All of said drainage to be constructs* by moans of a Dry Land Dredge or Ditching Machine. Said Ditch Is to bo constructed according to the plans and specification* now on file in the Surveyor s Office of Pulaski County.
