Sommers and his cousin, William | Sommers, who was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and fined SIO,OOO, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate prohibition laws and for selling liquor. , Evidence included part of a shipment of 15 "barrels of whiskey from Louisville, Ky„ which, it was testified, was being sold at the hotel and grill. I
