Two Warren County Men and Benton County Merchant Involved. Two residents of Pence, Warren county, have filed voluntary petitions in bankruptcy In the federal court. Harold M. Pence, a grain dealer and hardware merchant, filed a petition in which he lists liabilities at |59,776.31, and assets at 134,677.54. A. petition filed by Joseph E. McCandless, a farmer, lists liabilities at 155,094.49, and assets at Victor D. Gilbert, a merchant and baker of Fowler, Benton county, filed a petition in bankruptcy in which he lists liabilities at 13,500.01* and assets at |3,990.
