Cole, Mat Mas Zimmer and Eva Zimmer that a petition has been filed in the office of the auditor ot Jasper County, Indiana, by Eli R. Wagler, et al., for a dredge ditch upon the following described route, to-wit: Beginning’ at a point near tile northwest corner of the northeast quarter of section 29, township 31 north, range 6 west, and running thence east along the south side of the public highway on the section line between sections 20 and 29, 21 and 28 and 22 and 27 in township 31 north, range 6 west, a distance of about two miles to its outlet in a public dredged ditch, known as lateral No. 77 of the Oliver ditch, and that you are named in said petition as being the owner of lands ‘which will be affected by the proposed drainage.
