All personal loans obtained by Francisco Villa, Mexican bandit leader, who surrendered to the provisional government, will be paid by the_govemruent. it has been learned. The loans amount to $40,000, Mexican. Villa is said have given receipts for all the loans he obtained and these will be refunded upon presentation of the papers to the government by claim aifts.
