Frank Geitzenaur was arrested last Tuesday for fast driving of hl< automobile on the streets in this city. He plead guilty to the charge and was finOd $5 and costs, or 111.65 in all. The Collison divorce case is still dragging on and will probably run all of next week, the plaintiff not yet having completed its introduction of evidence. Court adjourned yesterday at 3 p. m. until Monday, when the case will be resumed. While at this writing no action has been taken toward postponing the call for the petit jury to come in Monday, and may not be, it is possible that the jurors will be notified not to appear until later in the week. - FOURTH WEEK Monday, Oct. 4 —John F.
