The Bona Furniture company of Rensselaer, Ind., capital stock $77,000, of which $27,000 is preferred and $50,000 common, has recently filed articles of incorporation with the secretary of state. This company succeeds the Rensselaer Manufacturing Co., the old furniture company which has been doing business here for the past few years and which now goes out of business. , One of the principal reasons for re-incorporating and changing the name was to work under the Indiana laws, the old company being incorporated under the laws of South Dakota and were not familiar to the present officers and management. The capital stock has also been reduced to the assets of the company. The company is composed of the same old officers and stockholders and is established on a firm business foundation.
