Antwerp War Sufferers Start Campaign Against Prussian Merchants. Antwerp, Belgium.—Antwerp Belgians who suffered in the war have launched a radical movement against the few score Germans who, since the peace treaty became effective, have managed to re-establish themselves in business there. The movement developed spontaneously with a big parade here recently and since then ths- property of Some German merchants has been attacked. “Heraus les Boches” placards have been displayed in many shop windows.
