Property Southwest of la Purchased by Elbert Potts of Brook. Mrs. L. G. Monnett has sold her farm of 24 acres four miles southwest of Rensselaer to Elbert I. Potts of Brook, and will give possession of same Meh. 1 *xt. The consideration was sll,oo®, or $458.3314 per acre. There is a nice, modern stuccoed bungalow on the place, among the improvements, and it Ues on the stone road west from the Catholic* cemetery. The place is at present occupied by Harry Eger. Mrs. Monnett expects to spend the winter in Florida, but will probably locate In Rensselaer next spring.
