EXPECT 75,000 TO HEAR COX

South Bend, Aug. 16. —The Democratic committee In charge of the rally to be held In connection with the appearance on Aug. 19 of Governor Cox, Democratic nominee for president, expect that probably no less than 75,000 prominent party workers of the state will come to South Bend on that date. The nominee will give two addresses, an open-air meeting at 2 o’clock in front of the court house and in the evening at 7 o’clock in the Coliseum.
