PICNIC OF SUNSHINE WORKERS
The third annual picnic of the Sunshine Workers class of the Alx Sunday school was held Sunday. On Sunday .morning the class was filled with happy faces and all ready for a good time as soon as Sunday school was over. Ray Williams, Frank Vest and Lowell Hayes took the bunch to the grove near the Mr. Norman home, where they all enjoyed a fine dinner. Nora Vest has been the teacher of -this class for two or three years and thinks she has "some class,” it being the banner class the majority of the time. The class numbers 18. Those present Sunday were: Ruby Humes, Ruth Comer, Lillian Swaim, Rarbara Hayes, Rachael Hayes, Martha Stanley, Alice Gal-* breath, Esther Snow, Mary Macey, Frances Payne, Mary Reed, Dora Streitmatter, Ruby Norman, Gerald Payne, Rollin Williams, Morris Hayes and Leslie Williams. The afternoon was spent in games, ending with having a picture taken of the entire class and teacher.
