Topeka, 'Kas., June 25.- —Charging that the Industrial Workers of the World organization advocates acts in violation of the Kansas anti-syndical-ism law, an injunction suit was filed in the district court at Eldorado, asking that the I. W. W. be permanently enjoined from maintaining an organization In Kansas. A temporary writ was granted. < 4
