Palmer Issues Orders to Indict Dealers Who Overcharge. Washington, June 18.—A drive on profiteers in bituminous coal was ordered by Attorney General Palmer. All federal district attorneys were ordered to give special attention to charges of such profiteering and to seek Indictment where investigation warranted.
