Senator Leaves Washington Without Seeing Republican Nominee. Washington, June 18. —Senator Hiram Johnson left Washington without breaking his silence on his attl* tude toward the overtures made to him to become a candidate for president on a third party ticket He wtw accompanied by Mrs. Johnson.
