Rear Admiral Bassett Acts to Pre-, vent Further Rioting. Chicago, June 4.—Rear Admiral Bassett, commandant of thh Great Lakes station, forbade enlisted men, except those living in the town, from visiting Waukegan. His action was taken because of the race rioting which has broken nut twice this week.
