RAINS DELAY CORN PLANTING.

Quite a heavy frost fell again Friday night, but no damage was done, it is thought. Saturday and Sunday were fairly nice days, but quite cool. Rain started falling early Sunday evening, continuing all night and the greater part of the day Monday. Farmers had got all ready to start planting Monday, but this rain will knock them out again for several days and on the lower ground for the entire week.
