FORD CAR DESTROYED BY FIRE
The fire company was called out on McKinley avenue shortly after 8 o’clock Sunday evening by the burning of the Ford automobile of John Martin of near Pleasant Ridge. The car was standing in front of the Catholic church, at the curb, Mr. Martin having gone inside to attend the services perhaps a half hout before the fire was discovered, and says that he has no idea of how the fire originated. The car was a new one, Mr. Martin only having had it about a week, and the top, upholstering, etc., was totally destroyed and the body badly damaged before the flames were extinguished. There was no insurance on the car.
