Senate Aake Protection of Americans on Black Sea. Washington, May 14.—A resolution, "extending td the people of Armenia congratulations of the senate of the United States on recognition of the republic of Armenia” and requesting president Wilson to send a warship to Batum on the Black sea, “for protection of American life and property," was adopted by the senate.
