W. C. NIBLACK, BANKER, DIES
Vice President of the Chicago Title and Trust Company Succumbs at Home in Lak* Forest, 111. Chicago, May 7. —William Caldwell Niblack, author, lawyer and banker, died at his home In Lake Forest. At the time of his death Mr. Niblack was still engaged In unraveling the tangled finances of the defunct LaSalle Street Trust and Savings bank, for which he was appointed receiver in lune, 1914. Nr. Niblack, for years legal counsel for the Chicago Title and Trust company, was vice president and trust officer of this institution. He was also well known as an author for his standard law book, “Niblack’s Mutual Benefit Societies.” He was a native of Indiana, having been here in aMrtln county in 1854. In 1877 he was graduated from Georgetown university, Washington, D. C.
