School Bond Issue Approved.

Columbus, May 7. —David E. Dunn, trustee of Clay township, Bartholomew county, has received word from Philip Zoercher of the state board of tax commissioners, that the petition of the township for authority to issue bonds to the extent of $54,000 for a schoolhouse, would be granted. Mr. Zoercher recently heard the petition at Petersville.
