DELAWARE NOT IN A HURRY

Recess May Delay Vote on Woman Suffrage Ratification. Dover, Del., May 7. —Action by the house on the woman suffrage ratification resolution, adopted by the senate, will probably be postponed for a week or ten days. Woman suffrage leaders realize that at this time at least three more votes are needed to pass the measure in the house. They are urging a ten-day recess, during which time party pressure would be brought to bear on Sussex county Republican members to get them to fall in line for ratification.
